1968 Porsche 911 R. In 1968, Ferdinand Piech instructed his team to shave as much weight from the SWB 911S as they could in order to compete in the FIA GT 2.0 category and a legend was created, the 911R. It used the engine from the 906 prototype and only 20 were made. The FIA didn't grant homologation and it was forced to race in the Prototype category. It's now probably the most sought after early 911 variant.

Limited edition. Numbered and hand signed print run of 25. Part of a trio of studies that I have painted to celebrate what were, in my eyes, the most important and coolest tricked up 911's.

High quality print on Hahnemühle Museum Etching 350GSM paper.
